The following policies apply to WorldStrides' programs but do not apply to Heritage Festivals, Bowl Games of America, or Classic Festivals programs. For trip information pertaining to international travel, please consult international travel guidelines provided through your teacher/educator leading the trip.
MYTRIP
Visit www.worldstrides.org and click MyTrip. Click "Join the MyTrip website" link. Select your user role (i.e. Student, Parent of a Student, Adult/Other) and your status information to determine what information is required to create an account.
- Traveler ID: is the customer account number assigned at the time of registration for the trip
- Trip ID: is listed on the registration materials and invoices
Click the forgotten password link that appears just below the login area. After entering the email address for your account, you will receive an email with your username and password.
Yes. After successfully logging in to MyTrip, click My Account in the top right-hand side of the screen.
Yes. Login to your parent account and enter your child's Traveler ID in the first section at My Login. Your child's account information will appear in the last section of the My Account area.
This indicates that your account in MyTrip does not reflect registration with a WorldStrides program. Once you are registered to travel with WorldStrides, you can change your MyTrip account from "interested" to "registered".
This is your Customer Account Number which you receive after registering for a WorldStrides program.
Keeping your account status current is important because your Program Leader and/or WorldStrides may be sending status-specific messages via MyTrip.
If you are financially responsible for a student traveling with WorldStrides, Parent of a Student is your proper role designation when creating an account. If you are a Chaperone or an adult traveling on a WorldStrides program and are financially responsible for yourself, choose adult/other.
If you are interested in traveling on additional WorldStrides trips, you can add their MyTrip sites to your account. Enter the Trip ID number for the additional trip you would like MyTrip access for in My Account.
Your Program Leader can add your finalized itinerary to your MyTrip site by utilizing the site's customization capabilities.
Once successfully logged in to MyTrip, click My Account at the top right of the screen, then click Pay at the bottom of the screen.
