Explore and interact
with wildlife and
natural vegetation in
Floridas most
unique ecosystem-
the wetlands- and
gain a greater
awareness of
Floridas endangered
species. Study the
effects humans have
had on these
animals and their
habitats. Students
will have hands-on
encounters with
animals such as
alligators, snakes,
and much more.

Ocean Discovery
Descend fathoms into an
incredible, 5.8 million
gallon saltwater
acquarium to view man-
made coral reef with

pavilion®. Students
experience the
environmental challenges
they will face as a leader
of a tropical island, and
the impact tourism will
have on their natural
resources.

Innovative Agriculture
Discover the agricultural
and maricultural
techniques featured in
Epcot's The Land
pavilion®. Students take
a boat ride through 3
experimental growing
areas and ecological
communities and
discover what innovative
steps are needed to help
feed the world's growing
demand for nourishment.

Evening Activity
Students encounter other
cultures at the World
Showcase and watch the
famous Illuminations
fireworks show.

Explore a Barrier
Island
Indigenous vs.
Introduced
Students boat to
Egmont Key and
take a walking tour of
a barrier island full of
native and
introduced plants
and animals,
including the
endangered gopher
tortoise. Students
examine the effects
of introducing exotic
plants and animals to
an ecosystem.

Students snorkel in
an estuary and use
seine nets in grass
beds to collect and
